Review and Finalize Pledge

Once you make a pledge, you will be sent a DropBox link with the Due Diligence File. Within the first 4-6 hours of your pledge, please review the Property, Borrower and other Deal Information. If you decide you want to proceed, you don’t need to do anything. If you decide you want to De-Pledge, please click the “My Investment” on the Deal Page and then click “Cancel Pledge.”
